Please note that the owner of this business will be overseas between June 21st - August 3rd, 2010 so a response to an email enquiry may take longer than expected.
Initial Order
  • Wholesale Customers Minimum of 12 pieces for first order.
  • Proforma Invoice
  • Payments made by Cheque should be made out to Caddy Design Australia Pty Ltd
  • Payments may be made by all major credit cards.
  • Payment must be made prior to the dispatch of goods.
  • Postal address for cheques is PO BOX 7131, Alexandria, NSW 2015.

    Subsequent Orders
  • Proforma Invoice unless a credible trade account has been established.

  • All Goods remain the property of Caddy Design until payment is received in full.
  • Approval of the Account Facilities is at the discretion of Caddy Design Pty Ltd.

    Delivery Of Order
  • All prices include Packaging.
  • Delivery within Australia is via Australia Post or Fastway
  • We cannot deliver more than 10kg to Post Office Boxes.
  • Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery within Australia.
  • Deliveries in remote areas may take upto 7 working days.
  • A minimum freight charge of $15.00 applies.
  • We will use your preferred carrier if requested.However we will require your account authorisation to do so.
  • All prices include Insurance Charges.

    Faulty Goods
  • Strictly, No returns without authorisation.
  • All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of Goods.
  • Insurance is required.
  • A handling charge may apply to returned goods.
